The company covers an area of 32,000 square meters, with 4 standardized intelligent production workshops, equipped with more than 150 sets of core equipment including automatic shuttleless weaving machines, high-precision wire drawing machines and environmentally friendly galvanizing production lines. It has built a full-process closed-loop production line from raw material inspection to finished product delivery.
The company has formed a diversified product portfolio covering three core series:
★ Basic Protection Products: welded wire mesh, hexagonal wire mesh, stainless steel wire mesh, fence mesh, etc., widely used in construction safety and municipal engineering.
★ Industrial Filtration Products: micron-level filter mesh, stainless steel filter cartridges, etc., suitable for chemical, petroleum, food processing and other fields.
★ Special Functional Products: high-temperature resistant nickel-chromium alloy mesh, corrosion-resistant Monel mesh, etc., successfully serving high-end scenarios such as photovoltaic and aerospace. Many products have achieved import substitution.
