    What main products does Hebei Horizon offer?

    We have three core product series. There are basic protection products (like welded wire mesh, hexagonal wire mesh), industrial filtration products (micron-level filter mesh, stainless steel filter cartridges) and special functional products (high-temperature nickel-chromium alloy mesh, corrosion-resistant Monel mesh). They fit different use scenarios.

    Can you provide custom-made wire mesh products?

    Sure! We support custom services. You can tell us your needs like size, material, specification and usage. Our R&D and production team will make products that fit you perfectly.

    What materials can you use for custom products?

    We mainly use stainless steel, nickel-chromium alloy, Monel and other materials. We can choose the most suitable material according to your usage environment, such as high temperature or corrosion resistance needs.

    How long does it take to produce custom products?

    It depends on the complexity and quantity of your order. Generally, it takes 3-7 working days for small batches. For large or complex orders, we will inform you of the exact delivery time in advance.

    Do you offer international shipping? How long does it take?

    Yes, we ship to more than 60 countries and regions. We have 3 overseas warehouses, so the delivery time varies by region—usually 3-15 working days. For areas without overseas warehouses, it takes about 15-30 working days.

    What about domestic shipping in China?

    We have 5 domestic warehousing centers in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Sichuan, etc. The spot inventory rate is over 95%, and we can deliver to any place in China within 72 hours.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept various common payment methods, such as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), PayPal and Western Union. You can choose the one that is most convenient for you.

    Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products?

    No strict MOQ. For spot products, you can order any quantity you need. For custom products, we will adjust the MOQ according to your specific requirements to meet your needs.
