Hesco barrier is a modern military fortification, it's made of a collapsible wire mesh container and heavy duty fabric liner, used as barrier against blast or small-arms.
Hesco barrier, also commonly known by multiple alternative names including Hesco bastion, Hesco defense wall, sand cage and welded gabion box, is a prefabricated multi-cellular system crafted from zinc-coated welded steel mesh and lined with non-woven geotextile.

Advantages and construction site of Hesco barrier
Unlike common welded gabion, Hesco barrier can be filled with soil, sand or gravel. This means raw material are very easy to get, especially suitable for the coastal area where is abundant in sand. Usually, front end loader is employed to fill the container.
Hesco barrier structure, assemble and install
Similar to beehive, Hesco barrier is comprised of external welded gabion and interior fabric liner. The line would be yellow, grass green or other colors which blends well with the surroundings.

Explosion-proof wall Installation
- Unpack the collapsible wire mesh container from package.
- Unfold the barrier and connect barriers to reach the designed length
- Fill soil, sand or gravel into the container. The common machine is front end loader.
- Compact the content
- Add layers if required.
Package and export
Packing on pallet then wrapped with plastic film outside.
