Production process
1.Wire drawing. The wire diameter after drawing is customized according to customer requirements, generally 0.2-3.0mm. Annealing is required during drawing, so that the metal wire is more elastic and firm.
2. After the corresponding metal wire is prepared done, then we use the welding equipment to make welding, which has higher efficiency and stronger welding points.
3. Corresponding surface treatment, common are galvanized and PVC.
