What is Hastelloy Wire Mesh?
Hastelloy Wire Mesh is a high-performance alloy mesh made from nickel-based alloys (nickel, molybdenum, chromium as main components, with tungsten added for enhanced corrosion resistance). It has excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing corrosive media, and maintains structural integrity in extreme conditions (high temperature, concentrated chemicals, harsh marine environments). Common grades: Hastelloy B, C22, C276, X (each optimized for specific scenarios).
Features
This material exhibits high temperature resistance, pitting/crevice corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and salt corrosion resistance. It demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance in environments with wet chlorine, hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid solutions, and oxidizing chlorides.
