At our factory, we treat every shipment with the same 5-step protocol — not because we are perfectionists, but because one bad container can ruin your reputation for years.

If you have ever imported wire mesh, you know this scenario:
The sample was perfect — but the container arrival? Rust spots, uneven apertures, bent edges.

That happens when QC is an afterthought. At our factory, we treat every shipment with the same 5-step protocol — not because we are perfectionists, but because one bad container can ruin your reputation for years.

Here is exactly what we check before your order leaves our dock.

Step 0 — Raw Material Incoming Inspection (Before Production)

Quality starts before weaving.

  • Verify mill certificates (grade, tensile strength, zinc coating weight)
  • Measure wire diameter with digital micrometer — 3 spots per coil
  • Visual check for cracks, rust, or oil residue

If a coil fails, it goes back — no bad wire enters our workshop.

Step 1 — In-Process Weaving Inspection (Every 2 Hours)

Machines run 24/7 — but supervisors check every 2 hours:

Step 2 — Full-Roll Surface & Dimension Check

Every single roll is inspected — not just random samples:

Width: measured at both ends + middle (no cone-shape winding)

Length: verified by mechanical counter (±1% tolerance)

Surface: first 2m and last 2m unrolled — check for rust, missing zinc, scratches

Edge flatness: rolled on flat table — rejection if curl > 10mm

Failed rolls → rework or scrap.

Step 3 — Batch Sample Testing (Destructive + Non-Destructive)

One random roll per production batch goes for deeper lab testing:

Step 4 — Packaging Inspection (Preventing Ocean Damage)

This is where most complaints start — so we check every package:

  • Inner waterproofing: PE film wrap (not just paper) to block moisture
  • Outer protection: Polypropylene bag for galvanized; PVC sleeve for stainless (on request)
  • Steel strapping: 2 straps per roll — tight but not deforming
  • Palletizing: ISPM 15-compliant, no overhang, corner protectors included

We also perform a 30cm drop test on one random package per container to simulate rough handling.

Step 5 — Container Loading Supervision (Final Gate)
Loading is as important as production. Our team follows a strict SOP:

  • Container pre-check: interior inspected for rust, moisture, holes, or chemical residue
  • Weight distribution: heavy rolls at bottom, lighter on top
  • Blocking & bracing: wooden beams + inflatable dunnage bags to prevent shifting
  • Desiccant bags: added for high-humidity destinations (e.g., Southeast Asia, coastal US, Europe in winter)

We take photos at every stage — empty container, half-loaded, full, sealed — and share them with you within 24 hours of sailing.

Why This Matters to You

You are not just buying wire mesh — you are buying trust.

Our 80%+ repeat order rate comes from one thing: every container passes the same 5 gates. Not because we are the cheapest — but because our clients know their reputation is safe with us.
