    Anping has anchored China's wire mesh industry for decades, and working here gives our customers two practical advantages: a mature supply chain for raw wire and a deep pool of experienced weavers, welders and galvanizing technicians.

    Our facility covers 32,000 m² with four production workshops and more than 150 pieces of core equipment, including automatic shuttleless weaving machines, high-precision wire drawing machines and environmentally controlled galvanizing lines.     What We Manufacture: Protection, Filtration and Special Alloys

    Our range covers three groups:

    Basic protection products — welded wire mesh, hexagonal wire mesh, chain link mesh, razor wire, 358 high-security fence and field fence, used in construction safety, municipal engineering and perimeter security.

    Industrial filtration products — micron-level filter mesh, sintered mesh filters and stainless steel filter tubes for chemical, petroleum and food-processing plants.

    Special functional products — high-temperature nickel-chromium alloy mesh, corrosion-resistant Monel wire mesh, Inconel and nickel wire mesh for photovoltaic and aerospace applications. Several of these products now replace imported equivalents.

    Because we control wire drawing, weaving and welding, surface treatment and packaging in-house, a buyer can source an entire mesh program from one wire mesh supplier instead of coordinating several vendors.

    Quality Control: ISO 9001 and CE Certified Wire Mesh

    We run a strict quality control system with an in-house testing laboratory and a 22-person inspection team. Every incoming batch of raw wire is checked for diameter tolerance, tensile strength and coating weight before it reaches the looms.

    Finished products are verified for mesh opening size, weld strength and surface finish, and our galvanized and stainless products go through salt spray testing of up to 1,800 hours. Across all lines, the qualification rate holds steady above 99.5%.

    Horizon Metal is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and carries CE marking; SGS and Bureau Veritas reports are available on request. That track record is why our mesh has been used on national infrastructure such as the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and Daxing International Airport, and why we hold long-term supply agreements with several Fortune 500 companies.

    Domestic + Overseas: How We Deliver Wire Mesh Worldwide

    We run a "domestic + overseas" model so inventory and support sit close to the customer:

    • In China, five warehousing centers across Guangdong, Zhejiang and Sichuan keep a spot inventory rate above 95%, with nationwide delivery inside 72 hours.
    • For export buyers, three overseas warehouses and a multilingual trade team handle customs clearance, documentation and installation guidance. Products ship regularly to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and Africa.
